Roses are the most versatile flower of all: right for love, gratitude, an anniversary and an apology. At Flowers & Lovers we make rose bouquets in Vilnius – from classic red single-flower bouquets to loose garden-style arrangements where the rose is one of several soloists.
What rose bouquets we make
We work with large-headed Red Naomi, spray, peony and climbing roses from Dutch and Ecuadorian growers. A classic red mono bouquet is always a relevant gift, while combinations with lisianthus, eucalyptus, anthuriums or hydrangeas give the bouquet a modern, less sweet character. You choose the size – from a compact S to a striking premium bouquet. Every bouquet is wrapped in matte paper and comes with your message.
Caring for roses
When the bouquet arrives, trim the stems diagonally by 2–3 cm, remove any leaves that would sit in the water and place the roses in clean, cool water. Change the water every 2 days and trim the stems again. Roses dislike heat, draughts and the company of fruit – this way they will delight you for 7–10 days.
