Dahlias
Dahlias are the kings of late summer and autumn: from small pompon balls to palm-sized decorative blooms in every colour imaginable. At Flowers & Lovers we make bouquets with dahlias in Vilnius from August to October, while their season lasts.
What dahlia bouquets we make
We use Lithuanian and Dutch dahlias – pink, coral, yellow, burgundy, white – combined loosely, as if just picked. Dahlias are accompanied by hydrangeas, gladioli, chrysanthemums and seasonal greenery. Dahlia bouquets are part of our autumn collection. Every bouquet is wrapped in matte paper and comes with your message.
Caring for dahlias
Dahlias are short-lived but spectacular: they last 4–7 days in a vase. Trim the stems diagonally, remove the lower leaves, place them in clean, cool water and change it daily. Keep them in the coolest spot in the room, away from sun and fruit.

Order online – we deliver in Vilnius on the same day and across Lithuania, or collect it at our studio at J. Basanavičiaus g. 20. Dahlias suit the first day of school, a teacher, a birthday and autumn weddings.
