Anthuriums
Anthuriums are glossy, almost lacquered heart-shaped flowers that give a bouquet a graphic, contemporary look. They are among the longest-lasting cut flowers of all. At Flowers & Lovers we make bouquets with anthuriums in Vilnius – from monochrome green to rich tropical arrangements.
What anthurium bouquets we make
We use red, coral, salmon, pink, green and white anthuriums from Dutch growers – in different sizes, from small to palm-wide. Anthuriums are the centre of the bouquet or a contrast to hydrangeas, strelitzias, lisianthus and chrysanthemums. Every bouquet is wrapped in matte paper and comes with your message.
Caring for anthuriums
Anthuriums last 2–4 weeks in a vase. Trim the stems diagonally, place them in clean room-temperature water and change it every 3 days. The flowers can be misted with water now and then. Avoid direct sun and temperatures below 15 °C.
