01Can you deliver many bouquets to different addresses?
Yes. Send us a list of recipients with addresses and preferred times — we'll plan the delivery and issue a single invoice.
02How do I get a VAT invoice for my company?
When ordering online, tick “Buying as a company?” at checkout and enter your details. For larger orders we issue an invoice on request.
03How far in advance should we order?
Single bouquets can be ordered online any time. For larger quantities, events and workshops we recommend getting in touch at least a week ahead.
04Can the bouquets match our brand colours?
Yes — we choose flowers, wrapping and ribbons to match your brand colours.
