About the programme

01How do I get my code?

Sign in or create an account — your code and link appear in “My account”, under “Ambassador programme”, right away.

02Does my friend have to enter the code?

Not necessarily: arriving through your link, the discount is added to the cart automatically and stays valid for 30 days. The code can also be typed at checkout, in the coupon field.

03When do I get the credit?

When your friend's order is delivered and marked as completed. Credit is given for a friend's first order from €30. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the credit is cancelled too.

04How do I use the credit?

Signed in to your account, enter your credit code KREDITAS-… at checkout — you'll find it in your account and in the email. Credit is tied to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash.

05Can I use my own code?

No — the code is for friends who haven't ordered from us yet. Your reward is the credit for their orders.

We may change the programme terms; credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is tied to its owner's account. If we notice abuse (e.g. your own orders with your own code), the credit is cancelled.
